Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped through trusted carriers. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

International shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

RETURNS

Return Exchanges

Because all JOT pieces are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at prjectjot@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
